Cabinet of Cookery cakes and desserts offer a variety of sizes and shapes to suit your special occasion and number of guests.
All cake and dessert bases, fillings, jams, icing, meringues, profiteroles and edible decorative toppings are made from scratch. For maximum taste and texture, only fresh, quality ingredients are used. Eggs are either organic or paddock free range, butter and olive oil are essentials, and seasonal produce is preferred.
