Not only are they delicious, but also full of vitamin charged goodness and essential calcium. Easy to make and even easier to slurp down in seconds. 

Simply combine in a blender…4 cups of milk with 2 small bananas, a punnet of your favourite berries, 2 tablespoons runny honey, 2 tablespoons plain or flavoured yoghurt. Blitz until smooth and frothy. Pour into tall glasses, add a straw and the snack for 4 children with grumbling tummies is served.
